Nebraska Energy Loans – Commercial

Tecumseh Federal Bank is proud to be one of Nebraska’s lending institutions to offer Nebraska Energy Loans. Dollar & Energy Savings Loans are offered in partnership by Tecumseh Federal Bank with the Nebraska Department of Environment and Energy (NDEE). Energy loans are not only environmentally friendly, but are also cost-efficient and can be financed with a low-interest rate.
Dollar & Energy Savings Loans
  • Prequalified projects for home and building improvements such as new windows and doors, insulation, high-efficiency water heaters, thermostats, or heating and air conditioning equipment.
  • NDEE’s program guidelines can be found on NDEE's website.
  • Projects must have approval from NDEE prior to purchase or signing of contract.
